OBO Wanted 30 Sailboat ( older is fine) to live on

We sat out to retire as live aboards on at least a 30 ft sailboat , Catalina was our first choice old was fine, in our younger years we have lived aboard before, and now own a 24ft Nepture that we still enjoy and sail, and had purchased a 36 ft Marnier, and had to back out of buying her to help our 3 beautiful grandchildren and daughter, however after helping out with much court cost and lawyers we found our retirment money gone and my husband had to go back to work. My husband of 64 and myself of 58 in very good health are now seeking someone who would be willing to contract out their sailboat to us with legal agreement as we want to fulfill our dream still before the good Lord calls us home and move on board a sailboat 30 to 36 ft.
